Bishop and the First Lady

Bishop M.E. Davis

Marian E. Davis was born in Atlanta, GA., where he joined the military and served for nine years. In 1985, he received his call to serve in the ministry of our Lord, Jesus Christ. As a visionary, in 2002, Bishop Davis was called to begin Harvest Ministries, S.O.W. What began as a bible study class is now a dynamic ministry where the Word of God is taught, empowering and inspiring change in the lives of all who hear it. What we do in life is never an individual effort. We always have help, whether it is a mentor, educator, encourager or friend. Pastor Davis and his wife Debra has been married for over 45 years. She has been his help, encompassing all of the aforementioned traits.

Lady Debra J. Davis

Debra J. Davis learned how to trust the Lord at an early age. Born in Detroit, MI., she relocated to Texas while her dad served in the military. Here is where she met and married her husband of more than 45 years. The Davis’ have one child, Nakisha. Lady Debra is a powerful teacher of the Word of God and has been blessed with the gift of encouraging others to become what God called them to be. She has a passion for inspiring youth and women to excel and she is also very cognizant of the fact that her ministry is to compliment that of her husband’s.

Arlinda Figueredo

Arlinda D. Figueredo serves as the Assistant Pastor. She attended school in Chicago, IL., and she is retired after serving 26 years in the U.S. Army. During her military career she attended several military schools, and college courses. She is the proud mother of two daughters, Amber and Jennifer; two sons George and Daniel; and she has seven grandchildren.

Effie Waters

Effie Waters proudly serves as the Church and Finance Team Administrator for Harvest Ministries. She is the wife of Deacon Ronald Waters. They have one daughter, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
